The Friends of Herefordshire Museums and Arts is hosting this Talk, followed by Afternoon Tea, at Castle House. Historical author and Museum Director Kate Andrew will be talking about her newly published book, 'Hereford Castle The Hidden History of a Defended City' which will be available to buy at £10. This is a great opportunity to find out more about what was once a huge castle, 'one of the fairest and strongest in all England' followed by afternoon tea. After tea, Kate will lead a walk around nearby Castle Green looking at the traces of this once magnificent site and picturing the buildings that would have been there in the castle's heyday.
