Join us for a heartfelt day of yoga, sound, and stillness as we open the doors of Here N Now at Fairmont Wellness Studio.
Experience 3 unique sessions — from grounding movement to heart-opening sound — designed to help you feel safe, supported, and reconnected within.

Experience 1: Ground to Grow – Myring Yoga for Legs & Rooting (by Dawn)
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Energy Exchange: $45
Find your footing — feel grounded again.
A restorative Myring Yoga session focused on releasing tightness in the legs and reconnecting to your foundation. Feel the earth beneath you, soften your edges, and rediscover steadiness from the ground up.
Level: All Levels | Focus: Grounding, lower-body release, stability
Experience 2: Flow to Receive – Hatha Yoga for Hips & Mobility (by Hwee)
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Energy Exchange: $45
Move with ease — open where you hold most.
This Hatha practice blends mindful hip-opening and gentle twists to free tension and restore natural mobility. Flow with awareness, breathe deeper, and create space to receive calm and comfort within.
Level: All Levels | Focus: Hip mobility, emotional release, gentle flow
Experience 3: Heart Awaken – Floating Soundbath in AirCradle™ (by Wendy)
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Energy Exchange: $78
Float, soften, and reconnect to your heart.
Suspended in the AirCradle™, you’ll drift through soothing layers of sound designed to quiet the mind and restore inner harmony. A deeply relaxing sound immersion that leaves your heart lighter and your spirit renewed.
Level: All Levels | Focus: Deep rest, emotional renewal, heart alignment
