About this Event
I recently moved to Copenhagen, capital of bikes and was excited to get involved in cycling groups and events. Although when I looked online there were none, nada, nothing.
I want to change that, creating a community of bikers who just love getting out there and going for a ride with others, and so Here For The Ride was formed. For me, getting out on my old road bike is my happy place. Exercise, fresh air, and exploring new areas, however it is so much nicer to be out with other people. This group isn't about racing, minimum average speeds or leaving anyone behind, everyone is welcome and all you need is a bike!
A low down of the routes for the summer is below. Some of the rides are better suited to a road bike and others can be either road or city bike, I'll let you decide which ones these are yourself. But in general whether you're on a city bike or a carbon racer, bring it out on Sunday mornings, meet some new people and head out for a ride with us.
