✨ Τελετή Κακάο & Εκστατικός Χορός για το Χειμερινό Ηλιοστάσιο ✨
Ζήσε τη μαγεία της πιο μεγάλης νύχτας του χρόνου, άφησε την καρδιά σου να ζεσταθεί, και χόρεψε την επιστροφή του φωτός.
Στην πιο μεγάλη νύχτα του χρόνου, συναντιόμαστε για να καλέσουμε το φως.
Τιμούμε την επιστροφή του Ήλιου, ζεσταίνουμε την καρδιά με ιερό κακάο και αφήνουμε το σώμα να χορέψει τη χαρά της νέας αρχής. Μια τελετουργία αφύπνισης, σύνδεσης και εσωτερικής αναγέννησης. 🌞🌿

17:00 – 17:30: Καλωσόρισμα
17:30 – 18:00: Άνοιγμα Κύκλου / Σύνδεση & Πρόθεση
18:00 – 19:30: Τελετή Κακάο
19:30 – 21:30: Εκστατικός Χορός (~2 ώρες)
21:30 – 22:00: Κλείσιμο Κύκλου / Ενσωμάτωση & Μοίρασμα
Σημείωση: Οι ώρες είναι προτεινόμενες και ευέλικτες ώστε να σεβαστούμε τη ροή της τελετής και του χορού.
✨ Άνοιγμα Κύκλου
Θα ανοίξουμε τον χώρο με μια τελετουργία σύνδεσης που μας φέρνει σε παρουσία, δημιουργώντας πρόθεση και γείωση πριν μπούμε στην ενέργεια του κακάο και του χορού.
✨ Τελετή Κακάο
Θα απολαύσουμε ιερό κακάο, ένα φυτό που ανοίγει την καρδιά, μαλακώνει τον νου και μας προσκαλεί να κινηθούμε πιο αληθινά και ελεύθερα.
Μια στιγμή ζεστασιάς, ευγνωμοσύνης και συλλογικότητας γύρω από το φως που αναγεννάται — τόσο το φως της φύσης όσο και το φως που ξυπνά ξανά μέσα μας.
Χρησιμοποιούμε αυθεντικό, τελετουργικό κακάο — vegan, βιολογικό και ειδικά φτιαγμένο για ιερές τελετές.
Προέρχεται από αρχαίες φυτείες των Ίνκας στο Περού και έχει παραχθεί με τη σοφία της παραδοσιακής φιλοσοφίας των ceremonial cacao.
Δεν είναι “βρασμένη σοκολάτα”, αλλά ένα ιερό φυτό-φάρμακο που τιμάται και χρησιμοποιείται για καρδιακό άνοιγμα και πνευματική διαύγεια.

Αφήνουμε τη ροή της μουσικής να μας οδηγήσει σε μια διαδρομή απελευθέρωσης και χαράς.
Χωρίς βήματα, χωρίς σωστό ή λάθος, απλά το σώμα, η αναπνοή και ο ρυθμός.
Μια γιορτή για τη ζωή, το φως και τη ζωτική μας ενέργεια.
✨ Κλείσιμο Κύκλου
Θα κλείσουμε με έναν κύκλο ενσωμάτωσης και μοίρασμα, για να σφραγίσουμε όσα γεννήθηκαν μέσα μας και να τιμήσουμε την αλλαγή εποχής.
✨ Τι να φέρω;
* Μια κούπα για το κακάο
* Ένα στρωματάκι γιόγκα, κουβερτούλα ή κάτι ζεστό για το κλείσιμο του κύκλου
* Άνετα ρούχα για χορό
* Λουλούδια ή όποιο αντικείμενο νιώθεις να φέρεις για το altar του Χειμερινού Ηλιοστασίου (Yule Altar) — ένα μικρό σύμβολο φωτός, νέας αρχής ή προσωπικής πρόθεσης
✨Dress Code
Τόνοι του κίτρινου, του λευκού και γήινα χρώματα — σαν να κουβαλάμε μικρές ακτίνες ήλιου στο σκοτάδι.

Experience the magic of the longest night of the year, let your heart warm up, and dance the return of the light.
On the longest night of the year, we come together to call in the light. We honor the return of the Sun, warm our hearts with sacred cacao, and let our bodies dance the joy of new beginnings.
A ritual of awakening, connection, and inner renewal. 🌞🌿

Note: Times are suggested and flexible to respect the flow of the ceremony and the dance.

We will open the space with a connection ritual that brings us into presence, creating intention and grounding before entering the energy of cacao and dance.
✨ Cacao Ceremony
We will enjoy sacred cacao, a plant that opens the heart, softens the mind, and invites us to move more authentically and freely.
A moment of warmth, gratitude, and collectivity around the light that is reborn — both the light of nature and the light that awakens within us.
We use authentic, ceremonial cacao — vegan, organic, and specially crafted for sacred rituals.
It comes from ancient Inca plantations in Peru and has been produced with the wisdom of traditional ceremonial cacao philosophy.
This is not “boiled chocolate,” but a sacred plant medicine honored and used for heart-opening and spiritual clarity.
✨ Ecstatic Dance
We let the flow of music guide us through a journey of liberation and joy. No steps, no right or wrong, just the body, the breath, and the rhythm. A celebration of life, light, and our vital energy.
✨ Circle Closing
We will close with a circle of integration and sharing, to seal what has been born within us and honor the change of season.
✨What to Bring
*A cup for the cacao
*A yoga mat, blanket, or something warm for the closing of the circle
*Comfortable clothes for dancing
*Flowers or any object you feel to bring for the Winter Solstice altar (Yule Altar) — a small symbol of light, new beginnings, or personal intention

Shades of yellow, white, and earthy colors — like carrying little rays of sun in the dark.
