HERBS from the GARDEN: In the Kitchen with Judi Strauss

Cooking with herbs from the garden can enhance even the simplest of foods. It can also be a way to reduce the use of salt in cooking. In this class you’ll learn the basics of cooking with herbs. Preserving and storing herbs will be discussed as well as extending their shelf life.
Food fee $10 payable to instructor at class.
