About this Event
In this hands-on cooking and gardening class, you will learn the basics of cheesemaking, including the processes, equipment, and food safety. You will also learn the basics of starting and growing an herb garden and get to taste fresh herbs. You will go home with your own rosemary plant and fromage facile cheese you made yourself!
This class will be held in person and will have a cost of $25 per person. Please be prepared to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the class.
Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If the class is canceled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
