Nicola Fenton is back at Westraven Community Garden to teach you how to to use Herbs, Plants, Flowers and more from the garden to support your Health and Wellbeing.
This is a session suitable for all ages where you will learn how to select different plants from the community garden and use them in a variety of ways to support your health and wellbeing.
These sessions are free but donations are gratefully accepted, any money received goes back into the charity and allows to continue providing workshops and activities for the community.

Pamper with Plants - discover how to make beautiful and natural beauty preparations from common garden plants. In this workshop discover face masks and saunas!!
Sunday 10th October
Syrup Sunday - A syrup can be the base of a good cocktail, and a herb infused syrup can be an absolute game-changer! Discover how to so you can add to your own cocktails and mock-tails.
Sunday 24th October
Shrubs and Switchels - Fruit, sugar, and vinegar are as simple as can be. But the variations are seemingly unlimited. Discover the revival of interest in vinegar-based drinks, both by bartenders and herbalists, who use a variety of seasonal ingredients to make refreshing, healthy concoctions!
Sunday 7th November
Slow Sunday - Take. A. Deep. Breath. And. Relax. Join us at Westraven Community Garden to slow down, we'll be infusing herbs in to a wild cuppa for a mindful tea-tasting, meditation and simple breath work to help you slow down.
