With this workshop I’d like to show you how commonly known herbs act in your body and how to use them as medicine. We will focus on herbs regulating your digestive system; discover how it works, and find out what interventions are useful when.I offer 2 and half hours packed with knowledge and practical tips which would enable you to improve your health with herbs.

About the tutor:
Workshop is led by Milena who is a pharmacist, qualified in Poland where, as in much of Europe, herbal medicines constitute a substantial part of the pharmacy stock and are commonly used for the management of minor ailments. She is here to share her knowledge and let you take care of yourself in a natural way!
