Herbs & Spirits: A Mixology Class with Lewis Ginter will take place on Thursday September 25 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gather & Hem in downtown Richmond. This gin-focused event highlights the connection between botanicals cocktails and community through a guided tasting three signature cocktail demonstrations and paired small plates.
Dishes will be curated by Executive Chef Tia of Gather & Hem and Hilton Richmond Downtown showcasing seasonal flavors and thoughtful pairings. All herbs and botanicals used in the cocktails will be sourced directly from Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden offering participants an authentic garden-to-glass experience.
A Gather & Hem expert mixologist will lead the class presenting creative cocktails that explore the complexity of gin’s botanical character. Tickets are priced at $55 per person or $100 per couple and include cocktails food pairings live demonstrations and a take-home recipe card. Lewis Ginter members receive a 20% discount. This cocktail class is located at Gather & Hem and hosted in collaboration with Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
