A guided meditation and tea experience

Step into a softly held afternoon of kindness and care. In this combined offering, a loving-kindness meditation with Lauran and a guided Pink Rose tea tasting with Rachel work together to open the heart, cultivate self-compassion, and provide gentle protection for vulnerability.
Rachel Mayew is the founder of the Herban Table community and Well Rooted, LLC, a functional health practice centered on compassionate, whole-person care. Her work weaves together personal story, functional insight, and plant-based support, including herbs, flower essences, nutrition, and lifestyle practices, to help clients make sustainable changes that support greater well-being.
Lauran Hobbs has been teaching yoga since 2018, initially inspired by a desire to make yoga accessible to those who may feel out of place at the start. With a light-hearted, relatable approach, she invites students to release rigid expectations and experience the ease, presence, and freedom yoga offers.
