Come and learn more about Herbalism at this workshop event to be held at the Sherwood. We will start with a Plant Walk in the lovely Sherwood garden including a talk on the importance of plants as medicine and food. Then we will move to the workshop space for hands-on experience in making your own tinctures and vinegars. Plant medicine is a wonderful resource from Mother Earth that is available to all.
Your tutor, Fiona, is a medical doctor who has now retrained as a medical herbalist and is a director of Glenorchy Herbs and Healing. She has studied whole plant medicine and enjoys Nature's cycles of abundance, specialising in growing or foraging, harvesting, and making herbal remedies with local plants.
