Welcome to the Project Picnics Herbal Workshop! This workshop is designed to teach you about the power and potency of plants and how to create your own herbal remedies. A charcuterie board and tea will be provided with fruits, veggies, meats and cheeses alongside dairy free and gluten free options. The main event will be held at Awaken & Align Hypnotherapy. Whether you're a seasoned herbalist or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge and appreciation for the power of plants. We will taste tinctures and discuss the plants that made them and what they do for the body. You'll learn how to make your own tincture and take it home. We'll talk about how to process the plants you harvest or forage, and what you can make with the different parts of the plants and for what purposes. You'll walk away with a herbal magazine that goes more in depth of what we went over. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to learn, create, and grow with a community around you!
I will be going on a hike before the workshop and will be meeting at Awaken & Align at 8am to park and carpool. This is an optional part of the workshop, but something I'd lIke to offer for us to get outside and enjoy nature as it is.
