About this Event
Join Marissa Nash of Herbal Evenings + The Well Studio for an intimate Herbal Tea Sit hosted at Wake Acupuncture's new pop-up studio in Northern Liberties.
In this tea seat, guests will gather for a cozy community night centered around the spiritual and medicinal benefits of herbal tea and an introduction to tea as a form of living meditation.
We will journal, sip on tea, and create our own blend together while learning about the benefits of each herb that Marissa will be teaching on and bringing with her from New Mexico.
Marissa will also be answering any questions on getting started in your own journey with tea as a form of meditation & self-inquiry.
This will be a very intimate gathering & spaces are limited to 8 guests.
The herbal teas we will be working with are all non-caffeinated.
