Herbal Tea Experience with Geok Kuan

Discover how freshly harvested plants can be transformed into flavourful teas in this

immersive workshop. Learn and practice three methods of tea-making

namely long brew, short brew, and steeped tea. We will be using a selection of

botanicals sourced from the church garden. Each preparation will highlight distinct

qualities and aromas of different harvests, offering both practical skills and sensory

enjoyment.

This experience also introduces other culinary uses of the garden's harvests,

broadening perspectives on how these local plants can be incorporated into

everyday cooking.

To round off the experience, we will enjoy a guided stroll through the garden before leaving, where you will see up close a variety of edible plants featured in the session.
