Led by clinical herbalist Danielle Dejak of Calyx Herbalism, participants at the Herbal Mocktail Workshop will learn about the healing properties of various herbs and how to blend these in refreshing mocktails. This hands-on experience will not only enhance your beverage repertoire but also promote wellness and creativity in your drink choices.

Directions: The class will be held in the Conference Room on the second floor of the Helwig Whistle Stop building. Go into the main entrance under the banner saying "Professional Office Building." After heading upstairs, go down the hallway on the left, and it will be the first door on the right.
