Suitable for beginners and those hoping to build on existing herbal medicine experience..

in this 2 hour class we will learn about using winter health supporting herbs to make herbal infusions (teas) and decoctions (brews) including what they are, how to make/blend them and when and who to use them for..

we will brew up an immune supporting elderberry chai to taste as well as blending our own herbal infusions or teabags to take home.

This is a great skill to learn for supporting you and your family's winter health as well as how to make gifts ahead of midwinter time!
