Just as every note creates harmony in a song, every herb brings its own melody of wellness. In this workshop, you’ll:⛾ Craft a personalized herbal tea, tailored to your body’s needs. Graciel from The Soul in Bloom-Tea Apothecary, offers individual attention, helping you fine-tune which organic herbs would benefit you. You will take home a custom blend of loose herbal tea.
♫ Sip & Soak in Sound – Relax into a meditative sound bath while savoring the tea you designed, letting harmony flow from cup to body to mind. Susan Krystaf, a specialist in Sound Healing, will immerse you in the vibrational frequencies of Crystal Quartz bowls aligned to the harmonics of nature. The singing bowls promote relaxation, rejuvenation and recharging to the body's natural state of health.
Workshop fee is $55 for intuitive herbal education, a bag of your custom herbal tea, home-baked snacks through the evening, and crystal bowl sound bath. Registration is required as space is limited. Contact Sue at the Clarence Honeyhouse at 716-328-6684 to reserve your space.
