Join Sun and Bloom Farms for a workshop series focused on deconstructing herbalism into tangible and accessible parts so that you can incorporate it into your everyday life. Herbalism is a way of life, not just something to study. With each recipe, preparation, and experience with the plants it becomes easier and easier to enjoy, have fun, and reap the benefits from their healing properties. Guests will sample remedies and take home a finished preparation. This session will be focused on Cold Weather Remedies. Prepping your apothecary with plants and preparations that will help with common cold weather ailments.
Class is instructed by Anna Maria Desipris, co-founder of Sun and Bloom Farms, farmer and herbalist.
