Have you heard of smudging and Florida Water? These are herbal practices to clear the energy in your space. As we are energetic and emotional beings, the places we frequent will buildup these energies. Over longer periods of stress, anxiety, anger, and depression, these feelings build up and almost become palpable. We can utilize plants to cleanse our spaces and leave it feeling clear. In this class we will be discussing the history of these old practices as well as making our own cleansing preparations.
