It is through the alchemy of herbs and mushrooms that we not only heal our bodies, but strengthen our minds and nourish our souls. Here is a unique opportunity to schedule a complimentary herbal health consultation with Selena Torrado, our resident clinical herbalist. The intention is to inform and educate our community about the options they have for pairing health issues with custom tea blends and herbal remedies supported by The Alchemist's Kitchen and Anima Mundi.
Consider these 20 minutes your gateway to the vibrant and fascinating world of plant medicine. We will discuss the current state of your body, mind, and spirit, and then craft a simple custom tea blend using gentle yet potent herbs for your use and delight.
SELENA TORRADO
Herbalist in Residence at The Alchemist’s Kitchen
Selena Torrado is the Herbalist in Residence at The Alchemist’s Kitchen, and proprietess of a private herbal consultation practice focused on herbal solutions for the whole family. Her practice is informed by years of caretaking for aging and beloved family members, time spent working as a pediatric medical scribe, and her strong belief in the healing power of nature. Selena studied herbal medicine under 7Song at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, and apprenticed in herb farming & processing under clinical herbalist Natalia Rathbun.
