About this Event
Our immune systems are essential for protecting us against illness and maintaining our health. An imbalance in the function of our immune system can result in a number of health concerns, like chronic allergies or frequent illness. Supporting our innate defenses is vitally important, and herbs can be extraordinary allies in this regard.
In this class, we'll discuss a selection of herbs which can support and nourish our immune systems. You'll learn about choosing the herbal allies matched to the needs of you and your immune system, as well as practical ways to integrate these herbs and other practices into your life.
Virtual and in-person tickets are available! In-person attendees will have the opportunity to experience some herbs directly.
This is the second of a three-class series on Herbal Allies for Abundant Vitality. The two other classes, on "Emotional Balance" and "Focus and Energy," will respectively take place on March 8th and March 22nd, both at 2-4pm. These classes can be taken as stand-alone classes or as a full series and are designed to be beneficial either way!
