About this Event
Our ability to experience and process emotions is an essential part of life and who we are as human beings. From day-to-day fluctuations, to chronic imbalances, to some of the most intense and important experiences in our lives, we all experience emotional difficulties. One way that Nature offers us support for these experiences is through herbs, many of which have remarkable influences on our nervous system and emotional state.
In this class, we'll talk about what it means to have an "herbal ally" and discuss several herbs that can be extraordinarily supportive for our emotional state. We'll talk about simple ways to understand the character of these herbs to give you an idea of which herbs might be most supportive for you and your needs.
Virtual and in-person tickets are available! In-person attendees will have the opportunity to experience some herbs directly.
This is the first of a three-class series on Herbal Allies for Abundant Vitality. The two other classes, on "Robust Immunity" and "Focus and Energy," will respectively take place on March 15th and March 22nd, both at 2-4pm. These classes can be taken as stand-alone classes or as a full series and are designed to be beneficial either way!
