Info: A 45-minute, outdoor yoga flow facilitated by The Tree Yoga Coop. [Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or blankets for the session]

Host: Torbjorn Crawford
Info: A 30-minute outdoor, group breathwork session lead by Torbjorn Crawford from Bloom Holistic Healing. [Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or blankets for the session]

Host: Center of Mental and Spiritual Wellness
Info: A 30-minute sound bath performed by the Compton Center for Mental and Spiritual Wellness. [Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or blankets for the session]
Garden Volunteering

Volunteering in the Garden
Info: Guests will have an opportunity to volunteer in the Youth Activities League garden space to contribute to their ongoing agricultural projects. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring gardening gloves if you own them. Waivers will be distributed to all volunteers on event day. [Volunteering will happen at the same time as the Wellness Activations, so guests should plan accordingly]
