The second workshop in a series of how to make your own herbal medicine apothecary.. (you don't need to attend them all) suitable for beginners and those hoping to build on basic existing herbal knowledge

In this class we will be learning about herb infused oils, essential oils and balm/salves; what they are, how to use them and who to use them for. We will focus on warming winter herbs for aches and pains this time.. they also make lovely festive gifts!

I'll demonstrate how to make these preparations and you'll leave the class with a wee sample and recipes to make your own.
Suitable for age 12 over and only 8 tickets available.
