Heraclitus Akimbo & ur audio visual present a concert and lecture celebrating the release of "I know what I have experienced and I know what it has meant to me", an album of music for solo lap steel guitar. Investigations into songs about ghosts, songs as ghosts, autobiographies as unreliable narratives, and arctic exploration.Also appearing will be Charter of the Forest, playing Child Ballads and related British folk songs perfect for zoning out and taking a trip into the vert of the mind with lots of long guitar solos, in the Fairport Convention/Fotheringay tradition. Music created by Isla Craig (voice), Karsten Stryker (acoustic guitar), Kurt Newman (low-volume electric guitar), Pete Johnston (bass), and Blake Howard (percussion).
