This free, one-day symposium is all about YOU. Designed for young women, it brings together inspiring speakers and community partners for an empowering wellbeing experience.Expect a full day of interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, hands-on activity spaces, and panel discussions where your voice matters. All designed to support your whole wellbeing mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
The symposium takes place on Saturday 7th of March, 9:30am–4:30pm at Western Community Centre, with food provided.
Come as you are, connect, learn, try something new, and leave feeling confident, supported, and motivated to care for yourself and each other.
