To this immersion into ritual and voice in a circle of Women.
Together we will journey deep into the mystic realms of the voice, exploring how we can use our voice to connect with nature and the unseen.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This journey is a reconnection with nature and an awakening to how its rhythms influence your body, heart, and spirit. Your body is not separate from nature, but an intelligent instrument that senses, responds, and communicates in profound ways.
It is also about rediscovering the power and wisdom that already live within you, inviting you to reconnect with your inner knowing and remember who you are at your core.
Through this reconnection, you are invited to embrace the qualities and gifts that are waiting to move through you and into this world, expressed in a way that is authentically yours.
This journey is about bringing life to all parts of you and stepping into the raw, unfiltered, and empowered expression of who YOU truly are. It invites you to lead your life anchored in your truth and authenticity, encouraging you to embody a fully connected and expressed version of yourself.

We will open spaces where your voice can unfold freely into new dimensions.
As we step into this journey, we will connect with both the transcendent and the earthly qualities of singing opening a channel of ancient wisdom to come through each of us.
THROUGHOUT THIS JOURNEY WE WILL EXPLORE:
Embodied Vocal Exploration: Practices that ground you in your body and allow your voice to emerge from a deeply embodied place.
Musical Elements: We will be open spaces for group vocal improvisation, circle singing, and mantra chanting to explore the collective power of our voices.
Connection: We will come into connections with ourselves and others through relational exercises, embodied communication, and sharing circles
Embodied Movement: Integrating voice and body in dance and movement to move into vocal and somatic expression.
Awakening Our Voices: Exploring the awakening of our voices through rituals and collective healing practices.
Natur Rituals: the nature surrounding the Seminarhaus will be our resource and foundation for sacred rituals.

About Mara:
Mara Mehrunissa is a psychologist, singer, musician, and systemic psychotherapist in training. Shaped by her spiritual background in Universal Sufism, she has been connected since early childhood to the experience of the oneness underlying all spiritual traditions.
Through music, singing, and dance, Mara carries this philosophy into the world. In her music and singing gatherings, she creates spaces for presence, emotional depth, and genuine encounter. Her work weaves together voice, psychology, spirituality, and community, inviting people to meet themselves and one another beyond words.
As a young mother, care, lived experience, and a deep connection to life flow into her work. Mara’s work is driven by a passion for bringing people together and opening spaces in which connection, healing, and shared humanity can naturally unfold.
