Honoring Our Roots. Embodying Our Truth. Rising with Intention.

What happens when women gather with intention?

They remember who they are.

This Women’s History Month, we invite you into a powerful 3-week in-person experience designed for reflection, connection, and embodied growth. The HER Series is a gentle but transformative container for women who are ready to slow down, listen inward, and rise together.

Our recent online pilot confirmed what we already knew. When women engage the material and then gather to reflect in community, something shifts. There were breakthroughs. Tears. Laughter. Real connection.

Now we are bringing that energy fully into the room.

Our Framework

Honoring Our Roots
We pause to acknowledge the women who came before us. Our mothers. Our grandmothers. Our teachers. Our chosen family. We explore the stories that shaped us and examine the patterns we are ready to release or reclaim.

Embodying Our Truth
We return to the body as a place of wisdom and grounding. Through journaling, dialogue, and gentle yoga with props provided, we practice listening inward and honoring what is real for us now.

Rising with Intention
We clarify how we want to move forward.

Not rushed.

Not reactive.

Intentional.

Supported.

Rooted in community.

What to Expect

Each week we gather for 2 hours in an intimate circle of 12 women.

Every session includes:
Guided journaling
Thoughtful group discussion
Gentle accessible yoga
Space to breathe, reflect, and be seen

Bring your own mat if you have one. Props are provided.

This is not a drop-in class. It is a shared journey. Participants come for 3 weeks in a row.

Why In-Person?

Because women are tired of doing everything alone.

Because healing deepens when we sit face to face and realize we are not alone in what we carry.

Because there is power in eye contact. In shared breath. In collective silence.

In-person connection changes things. Energy shifts. Confidence grows. You realize you are not the only one carrying what you have been carrying.

And that realization is freedom.

Who This Is For

Women who are navigating transition.
Women who feel stretched or burned out.
Women craving deeper connection.
Women ready to recommit to themselves.
Women curious about gentle yoga and reflective practice.

No yoga experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up honestly.

Spots are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and depth.

This Women’s History Month, do not just celebrate women.
Become more fully yourself in the presence of other women.

Honor your roots.
Embody your truth.
Rise with intention.

Agenda

🕑: 01:00 PM
Introductions

Info: We begin by arriving fully. Each woman will have space to share her name, what brought her to the circle, and one intention she is carrying into this experience. There is no pressure to perform or impress. This is not networking. This is grounding.

Our introduction time is designed to create safety, warmth, and connection from the start. As we listen to one another, we begin to recognize shared themes, shared questions, and shared strength. This is where the circle begins to form.

🕑: 01:15 PM
Journaling/Discussion
Host: Sarah Wallace

Info: Each session includes dedicated time for guided journaling and meaningful discussion. The journaling portion offers thoughtful prompts aligned with the weekly theme, giving you space to slow down, reflect honestly, and put language to what is stirring within you. The discussion circle that follows allows women to share insights, ask questions, and witness one another without judgment. You are never required to share, but you are always invited into a space of respect, depth, and real connection.

🕑: 02:15 PM
Yoga Practice
Host: Divayogi

Info: The yoga portion is gentle, accessible, and intentionally supportive. Using props provided by the studio, we move at a steady, unhurried pace designed to help you reconnect with your body and nervous system. The practice is less about performance and more about presence. No experience is needed. You are encouraged to bring your own mat if you have one, but all other props will be available. This is yoga as grounding, not striving.
