Jen Johns launched Johns Sports Ventures in 2023 to advise teams, leagues, agencies and brands in the world of sports marketing following her tenure as SVP of sports marketing at On Location/Endeavor where she led marketing, e-commerce, sales support, and partner relations across all domestic verticalsincluding the NFL (Super Bowl, Draft, Pro Bowl, International games, Hall of Fame), NCAA (Eight national championships including Final Four and Women’s Final Four, Volleyball, Wrestling, Frozen Four, Men’s and Women’s College World Series) UFC, WWE, Motorsports, Tennis Majors, Golf Majors including the Masters, and more. Prior to this role, she ventured into sports betting as agency lead for Caesars Sportsbook with $950M media budget.

Jen Johns was VP of Marketing and Communications for the Super Bowl LIII Host committee working closely with the NFL and prior, led marketing for AMB Sports + Entertainment Group as Director, Marketing and Brand. Jen was responsible for the marketing, advertising and creative branding strategies for the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Her award-winning graphic design team worked across AMB Group, the Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Atlanta United FC. During her tenure, she launched ticket campaigns which generated $250 million in revenue, launched a new brand and brand identity for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and led the Falcons marketing efforts during and following Super Bowl LI. Jen also was selected by the league to serve on the NFL Marketing Steering Committee.

Jen has served on the board of Soccer in the Streets, helped launch a Women’s semipro soccer team, Decatur FC, and a USL team Daytona FC serving as Board Chair. She has consulted with agencies and brands such as Volkswagen, Campbell Snacks, Nike, Coca-Cola, and AT&T. She led the McDonald’s FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship activations as well as the Weather Channel Upfront program. Jen also led consumer marketing at Cartoon Network where she and her team created several award-winning brand launches and touring event promotional campaigns.

Jen Johns holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of William and Mary where she was a D-I Soccer Player and holds a Master’s Degree from Ohio University. Jen, her husband Rob and their two kids, Luke and Jacob, reside in Decatur, GA.

Morgan Shaw Parker brings 27 years of experience across all levels of sport business including the NFL, NBA/WNBA, NCAA and NIKE, Inc. She currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream overseeing day-to-day business operations and revenue growth, and working closely with ownership to set the direction of the organization and build the strategic vision including sponsorships, ticketing, retail, marketing, digital, in-game experience, human resources, community engagement and fan data/analytics.

Prior to the Atlanta Dream she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Arthur M. Blank Sports & Entertainment (AMBSE) where she led marketing and communications initiatives for the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. During her tenure, she lead her team to take home nine regional Emmy Awards, 19 regional Emmy nominations, three platinum, two gold AVA Digital Awards, two Webby Awards and one Hashtag Sports Award.

Shaw Parker also spent more than a decade at NIKE, Inc. working on the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada and 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in addition to the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NCAA college football, as well as Nike men’s and women’s training, sportswear and running divisions.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle named Shaw Parker one of “2023’s Most Admired CEO’s,” AdWeek named her as one of its “2019 Most Powerful Women in Sports,” and Sports Business Journal recognized her as a “Game Changer” in the sports industryinn 2020 – an award given to women who are making an impact in sports business. Shaw Parker sits on the board of the Atlanta Sports Council and plays an active role in schools and organizations that seek to empower women and create more diverse communities.

Shelby Wright is the Senior Director Business Development for Georgia Bulldog Sports marketing, a division of Learfield. Learfield engages 150M+ loyal and passionate fans cross the US with unrivaled leadership across sponsorship, ticketing, licensing, and more. Shelby works with local, regional and national brands who partner with UGA Athletics and their student-athletes.

Wright is a proud 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, with a major in Public Relations.  During her time at UGA, she worked with the UGA Athletic Department in the Media Relations office and with Vince Dooley who was the Athletic Director.  After graduation she worked in partnership/event marketing for over 10 years with stops in private events and the hospitality industry. 

She returned to the sports world in 2010 accepting a position with IMG College leading their internal events team.  After four years in that role, she moved to Knoxville Tennessee to accept a role on the sales team for The Vol Network, a division of IMG College.  Wright returned home to represent UGA for the now Learfield College in 2016 and has been with them ever since.  Based out of Atlanta, her favorite parts of her job are sponsorship strategy, brand storytelling and audience engagement.  Wright is a recent resident of Decatur, raising orchids, travelling, and a 2023 newlywed.  She currently serves on the UGA Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication Alumni Board Member and a current member of Caring for Others a poverty focused non-profit.



| Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, US Soccer

Alyx Wynn is currently the Senior Director of Marketing at U.S. Soccer, leading the integrated marketing team to help amplify federation brand awareness. She brings over a decade of experience in global football brand marketing, including ten years at Nike before her current role. During her time at Nike, Alyx helped to revolutionize marketing for women’s soccer and had the privilege of attending every Men's and Women's World Cup (except for Qatar).

Originally from Portland, Oregon, by way of Katy, Texas Alyx and her wife now calls Chicago, Illinois, home. She's looking forward to her upcoming move to Atlanta, passionate about purpose marketing and the potential in the intersection between soccer and culture. Her dedication to the sport even extends beyond her professional endeavors. Alyx is married to Mariana, a former Brazilian National Team Player. Both are super excited to continue their support for women’s soccer and attend the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil together.
