This talk will examine the recent renovation of Her Majesty’s Theatre and explore the challenges, rewards and outcomes for the community that accompany transformational change to a treasured Heritage Building in the heart of the City of Ballarat.Presented by Richard Nicholson - Richard is the fourth generation of the Nicholson family to serve on the board. Richard has been a Director since 1998 and is a qualified Civil Engineer specialising in structural engineering.
Since joining Nicholson Construction, Richard has been pivotal in growing the company from a locally-based contracting firm in Ballarat, to a major commercial construction company completing projects across the State of Victoria.
He is a proactive leader with a particular focus on corporate governance and risk management, and is committed to community engagement.
