About this Event
We invite you to join your sisters and experience an immersive breathwork experience combining the ancient Blue Lotus with trauma informed breathing practices to awaken clarity, calm, and inner trust.
Now we have crossed the threshold of Samhain the days are short and the nights are darker - inviting us to spend more time in self reflection - turning in to nourish our seeds of inspiration through the winter, ready to return with the light in spring.
We will welcome you to the space and invite you to take a seat in circle - an ancient practice which in its own rite feels like a homecoming for so many of us. There will be time for sharing and connection before we hand over to Roxy.
Roxy is a breathwork fascilitator, nervous system coach and wisdom keeper who will guide us through a nourishing practise with tools we can return to in the wintering months.
We’ll begin with a Blue Tea ritual to invite presence and open the inner senses. Known as the flower of intuition and higher awareness, Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years in Egyptian and Eastern traditions to expand consciousness, soften the heart centre, and evoke dream states.
As its essence infuses your body, mind & soul, we’ll move into a breath-work journey guided by trauma certified breath-work Practitioner, Roxy, using conscious connected breathing to release tension, balance the nervous system, and reconnect you to your own inner wisdom. This is an experience of remembering: returning to the knowing that lives beneath thought.
Modern research shows that specific breathing practises shift brain activity from the analytical mind to intuitive awareness.
Expect to leave feeling clear, grounded and deeply connected, to your body, your breath, and the quiet knowing that guides you forward. ✨
We will then nourish you with a Samhain feast - a delicious plant based meal so that you leave the session with a full heart and a full tummy.
Our ancestors would always gather to mark the thresholds of the turning wheel - gift yourself this time to remember and come home to the circle.
Her Circle of Women is an offering from our hearts to yours - a gift of stillness in these ever moving times. We can't wait to welcome you to the circle.

We invite you to join us in warm, comfortable clothing & bring your own water bottle, a journal and pen. You are welcome to bring an offering for the alter should you wish to, or to place your own talisman in the circle to be charged during the morning for the darker months ahead. Please get in touch if you have specific dietary requirements or any questions or concerns before the session.
