The annual Henrico Holiday Express Tour continues on Wednesday, December 11th. We will stage the parade and leave from Varina Library at 5pm, cruise through the Varina district, and make our final stop at the Henrico Theatre around 8pm.Donโt miss your chance to catch the Recreation and Parks Parade Float along with a decorated fire truck, dump truck, library van, school bus, and of course SANTA!
