**RSVP Responsibly:** Please RSVP thoughtfully and with intention. No-shows and late cancellations impact HFM’s valuable resources.
**Cancellation/No-Show Policy:** If you RSVP but do not attend or cancel after the deadline, a cancellation or no-show fee will apply. This fee will reflect the actual costs incurred by HFM due to your absence.
**Who Can RSVP:** This event is open to patients with a bleeding disorder and their immediate household family members only. Please be sure to complete the RSVP form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will be cancelled.
**Event Attendance:** Attendees must arrive by **9:30 a.m.** and remain for the full duration of the event to participate.
**Parking Information:** Parking is not provided. Please plan accordingly. There are several local parking garages available nearby.

After, we’ll hop on over to the Gaylord National Harbor and enjoy complimentary tickets to the show *Cirque: Spirit of Christmas*, followed by admission to *ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas* – a dazzling, immersive holiday experience that brings the beloved story to life. (Tickets provided by HFM).
