Step into the spirit of Key West with a five-course culinary adventure inspired by the life and legend of Ernest Hemingway. Known for his bold storytelling, love of the sea, and unmistakable presence in the bars and streets of Key West, Hemingway's legacy lives on not only through his novels but through the spirits crafted in his name.This exclusive evening will showcase five pours, from barrel finished Hemingway Rye to the bold depths of Papa's Pilar Dark Rum, each paired with a chef-crafted course designed to complement the spirit's unique character. Guests will enjoy a taste of history, culture, and craftsmanship in a setting that celebrates the adventurous essence of Papa himself.
Seating will begin at 6:45 PM with hors d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7:00 PM, with the first course arriving shortly thereafter.

This event will feature community tables in our ballroom, giving our speakers the ability to approach and interact one on one with our guests.
