The goal of Boot Camp 2025 is to give incoming grad students and postdocs introductory knowledge to some key resources and general skills needed in academic life. This Introduction course will be led by Professor Vicky Nguyen (JHU) and Associate Professor Ryan Hurley (JHU), and will cover topics such as:
- An introduction to JHU
- An overview of HEMI
- HEMI Resources
- WSE Resources
- Expectations & Professionalism
- Data Services
- Lab Tours
It will be offered both in-person at JHU and virtually through Zoom. If you are a local attendee we strongly encourage you to attend in-person as space permits. Lunch will be provided.
