βMid-Chilterns CAMRA and St. Maryβs Church welcome you to a one of a kind beer festival, offering up to thirty ales, cider, live music and food sourced by the Hemel Hempstead Old Town Market.
Hosted in the unique and historic Grade-I listed St Maryβs Church, the Hemel Old Town Beer Festival will welcome drinkers from Friday July 19 to Sunday 21st, with special guest appearances planned each day.
Expect independently crafted beers from local brewers, to be featured alongside celebrated ales that have been sourced nationally. Lip-smacking cider and perry will be on offer, with plenty of delicious street food options for discerning foodies.
Live music can be enjoyed throughout, part of a light programme of entertainment that will be opened each day by a special guest speaker (TBA).
The remarkable interior of St. Maryβs will offer a unique church bar experience, as visitors are treated to a venue steeped in history and luscious grassy verges to soak up the summer sun with a pint or three!
Funds raised by the festival will be shared by two not-for-profit organisations in CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale) and St. Maryβs Church. The Campaign for Real Ale undertakes vital work in protecting pubs and championing local, independent breweries.
