Suitable for all ages and levels, Hel's Hoedown fosters a lively community vibe with plenty of giggles, fist-bumps and yee-haws along the way! Whether you’re a line dance newbie or a seasoned boot-scooter, Hel’s Hoedown turns fitness into a dancefloor celebration. Grab your boots (or trainers) and saddle up for an epic Country-vibe fitness fiesta! All fitness levels are very welcome to join this 45min class, no dance experience necessary.
