The Helplines Partnership Annual Conference and Helpline Awards 2025 is the must-attend event for everyone working in or with the helpline sector, as well as those championing charities, mental health, and wellbeing.
This year’s theme, Stepping Forward—building resilience, nurturing teams and growing partnerships, highlights the strength, adaptability and collaboration at the heart of our sector.

Info: We’ll begin with a welcome from Helplines Partnership’s Chair, Elizabeth Rimmer, before moving into a panel discussion How to build resilience and continue to grow during uncertain times. Helplines Partnership’s Policy and External Affairs Manager Sam Bromiley will host the panel event featuring Neil Henderson, from Safeline UK, Mike Prescott from NFP Spark, and Jackie Hodgetts from Melanoma Focus.
