Our Helping Hands NGO has helped a person who was seriously suffering from depression and anxiety. They had locked themselves for more than 6 months and their family and relatives were in tension. We tried to help them out from their problem. Anxiety and depression is a well-known problem in our society and can be caused due to loneliness and overthinking. If anyone is suffering nearby and has no one to share things with, they can visit or message us on our Helping Hands page and we will definitely try to help them out.
