Come join us for a relaxing day of reiki healing, connection, and rejuvenation with like-minded reiki folks on 26th October 12-5!As Reiki healers and space holders, we can often neglect our own self care, only realising when it’s too late and we’re in desperate need of some nurturing recuperation. This Helping Hands Day Retreat will help you to fill your cup, and help you feel part of a community.

Who is This For?
This day retreat is for anyone who has been Reiki attuned - doesn’t matter which lineage, teacher, or level. Nor does it matter if you’ve not practiced for a while.
What you Will Need:
Please bring some water to stay hydrated. Although we have plenty, feel free to bring blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable during the sound bath. You will be lying down and it's not unusual for your body temperature to drop once you start to relax - so make sure you're dressed appropriately. Don't forgot your comfy socks.
Snacks and drinks will be provided.
About the venue:
Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue.
Please note: Because of the sound healing element, this event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.
About Your Guide(s):
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Rituals and Ceremonies facilitator, space holder and Soul Doula. Deeply called to honour the ways in which life encourages and forces us to grow, Eva’s passionate about recognising and celebrating all the transitions and changes that life has to offer. By acknowledging and appreciating our emotions, strengths, weaknesses and achievements, we can lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.
