The Annual General Meeting of the Helperby & Brafferton Sports Association will be held in the Waud Room at the Village Hall on Tuesday 16th December starting at 7.30 PM.As well as the usual AGM business, we plan to do a short presentation and take questions on the work over the last year around fundraising and the development of the pavilion building as well as our plans for the future.
We would welcome anyone from the village, or surrounding area, to attend to get an update on the current status as well as share you views on what you would like the facility to be used for.
Also, if there are any leftovers from the Christmas Party bar, we
may well be offering you a glass of something !
