About the Presenters
Amy Owen, nonprofit consultant and founder of AEOwen LLC, and Nicole Acosta, President & CEO of The Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, have 40+ years combined of nonprofit experience, including development, nonprofit management, board governance, grant writing, and grant making.
In her role as executive vice president for The Curtis Group, is responsible for a variety of clients’ planning studies, trainings and campaign management, overseeing a client portfolio across the country. Victoria specializes in helping her clients strategically grow overall fundraising capacity and has worked with clients and volunteers to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in her near decade with the firm.
