Business Invitation to Explore New Possibilities in Health & Care Delivery: Cardiff and Bangor Events
As part of our early engagement activity, we are delighted to invite you to two in-person ‘Meet the Supplier’ showcase events in Wales, taking place in Bangor and Cardiff. We warmly welcome your attendance at both sessions, where possible, to help shape the future of health and care delivery in Wales
Purpose of the Workshops These sessions will explore the potential of smaller, flexible, technology-enabled community spaces to bring health and care services closer to where people live and work. The aim is to gather diverse perspectives on where such approaches could add value, and where they may not be suitable.
Background Health and care services in Wales are undergoing significant change, with new models and digital tools creating opportunities for more accessible and responsive care. However, many services are still tied to fixed locations, which can limit access for some communities. This project is examining whether community-based, technology-enabled spaces could complement existing services and address these challenges.
Event Structure
Each session will be structured in two parts:
Supplier Showcase: Stakeholders will have the opportunity to meet suppliers and learn more about your organisation and solution. This is a chance to introduce your offerings and engage directly with key participants.
Facilitated Workshop: Following the showcase, a workshop will bring together a range of stakeholders to discuss the needs of the project and explore the ‘art of the possible’. Suppliers are very welcome to stay for the workshop and contribute where they feel it is appropriate and helpful.
Practical Information
The sessions will be held in standard meeting room spaces, so places will be limited to a maximum of two representatives and will be allocated on a first come basis.
There will be limited room for additional equipment such as large display boards or screens, and access to plug sockets may be limited.
If you have any essential requirements, please note these in the event registration form. We will do our best to accommodate them where possible and confirm with you in advance.
