The Luton Programme is an ambitious two-and-a-half-year project led by the Arts and Culture Strategy Group, dedicated to transforming arts and culture in Luton.

We’re inviting professional artists and creative practitioners to help shape the direction of the programme. Your expertise and insights will play a key role in designing opportunities that truly make an impact.
