You don't need to register in advance, just arrive, fill out the forms and NIHBT will do the rest.
Make sure you're well-rested, hydrated and have eaten iron-rich foods, such as red meat, fish, poultry, beans, spinach, iron-fortified cereals or raisins before donating blood.
