Have you ever found yourself thinking or saying the words “Am I Doing This Right?!?!” on your yoga mat? We're guessing at some point you have asked yourself if you're doing a particular pose right and we get it! And believe it or not, a healthy dose of curiosity, inquiry, and questioning in your yoga practice can actually guide you to accessing more strength, flexibility, and connection in your body - not to mention keeping your practice safer.
We are here to HELP! Whether you have questions about the basics or questions about more advanced postures, this workshop will cover it all.The workshop will be broken down into three parts:
Part 1
Warm up with Sun Salutations (the most common sequence in flow style class): each movement will be broken down to ensure correct alignment.
Part 2
Break down of strength, stretch, and balance poses
Part 3
Break down of inversions
*If time allows, Sondra will teach a 30 minute flow incorporating the poses that were covered in class.This workshop is meant to help you with whatever pose or poses in which you need assistance. Feel free to email us with the poses you would like covered to help us prepare for the workshop.
