Mr Huang's Noodle Man shop, which serves the delicious hand pulled Lanzhou Beef Noodles, is one of the oldest shops along Smith Street. For the past 22 years, he combined techniques from making Wanton Mee, Ee Mian, Changshou Mian etc to create a texture that would appeal to his customer base.
Watch and be amazed by how Mr Huang painstakingly makes this mouthwatering noodles and hear him share his memories of Smith Street!

- Parking is not available at the premises. The nearest parking is at Chinatown Complex
- Venue is not wheelchair accessible.
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
Who should come?
- Participants must be fully vaccinated.
What to bring?
- Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
- Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.
