Hello My Chinatown! Learn The Art of Peking Opera at Ping Sheh

Founded in 1940, Ping Sheh is one of Singapore's oldest opera troupe which specialises in Peking Opera. During its heydays in the 1940s and 1950, the troupe regularly performed in Majestic Theatre in Chinatown. Today, the troupe boasts 100 members. The troupe recently performed the Legend of the White Snake at Kreta Ayer Theatre.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the event for registration. Our facilitators will be wearing our event t-shirt.
• Parking is not available at the premises. The nearest parking is at Chinatown Complex
• Venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• The event will proceed rain or shine.

• Participants must be fully vaccinated.

What to bring?

• Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
• Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.
