Hello! My Changi Village - Guardians of Changi V with Sree Ramar Temple

The Sree Ramar Temple has come a long way since its beginnings in the early days of World War II. Beginning as a humble shrine at the foot of a tree at 14th milestone Changi, the temple has grown to become the main temple serving Hindu deity Rama in Singapore. Trace the history of Sree Ramar Temple on a guided tour with the temple's volunteers and come face-to-face with the 'guardians' of Changi Village!

P.S. The Sree Ramar Temple is also home to statues of the Buddha, Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) and the Hindu deity Hanuman!

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the event for registration. Our facilitators will be wearing our event t-shirt.
• Parking is not available at the premises. The nearest parking is opposite the temple at Changi HDB Mechanised Car Park
• Venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• The event will proceed rain or shine.

Who should come?

• Participants must be fully vaccinated.

What to bring?

• Participants should be dressed respectfully in in collared shirt, long pants and covered shoes). Sleeveless attire, shorts/miniskirts or sandals are strictly not allowed.
• Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
• Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.
