On Saturday 13th July Hello Fit will be putting on their fourth max lifting event for all members.Click going on this event and 7 days before book on the weight lifting class for a place via the app.
We will be doing all three lifts:
Squat
Bench Press
Deadlifts
Gym rules (straps, chalk, sleeves, wraps allowed no slingshots please).
This is a great opportunity for you all to max out with spotters around you and the whole gym behind you.
Members must have prior knowledge in the above lifts, if not, speak to Rich to book in for some technique with the team and you can take a few weeks to prepare and practice.
Grunting, shouting screaming, aggressive back slapping is advised!
